Quiet street, large fully equipped kitchen. 1/2m from the 10 fwy, 3m from downtown, 1/2m from metro rail. Less than a mile to USC. Washer/dryer, internet, sheets, towels and other amenities. Large supermarket 1 block, Starbucks 1/2 a block away. Trader Joe's, Target and eateries 1 mile away at University Village. Outside seating areas. no-one under 25 please! All guests must be vaccinated The space This is a large bright house, with a full kitchen and lots of spaces to chill out in. There is a deck and seating in the back, and a screened porch in the front. It is peaceful and relaxing. There is AC and many fans! The neighborhood is becoming somewhat of a foodie haven, with some great restaurants close by.Theres a Starbucks at the end of the street and a fancier coffee shop a block and a half away on the other direction. I've lived in LA for 20 odd years now, and am happy to help with advice about places to go and things to do, of which Los Angeles has no shortage. I can also recommend good restaurants, both fancy and inexpensive. And most importantly - how to avoid traffic! • NOTE - the cancellation policy is 'strict' All guests must be vaccinated Guest access There's a spacious kitchen, with dining table, and a washer and dryer. There's a large bathroom, with space to keep your toiletries, and spare ones in case you forget your own! There is street parking, with guest pass, which requires a $30 deposit, so you don't forget and drive away with it!. During your stay Depending on whether I'm working at the time, I'm around as much or as little as you want! If I'm working, I'm usually very busy, so not more than the basics. I'll show you where everything is, and then I'll be off in job-land! I like to cook, and am happy to to cook for you if the timing is right. Other things to note This house is a perfect place to rest between jaunts into greater los angeles. It's comfortable and clean. The room is 10'3 x 12'2", not counting closet space. The curtains next to the bed conceal metal storage shelves for linens. Great for interns, grad students, visiting academics All guests must be vaccinated and over 25 f you are booking a discounted stay for longer than a week, there are some further considerations you may need to think about. The long term discount reflects some expectations regarding cleaning and use of paper supplies in the house. I expect more roommate-like behavior from long term guests. This includes keeping up with laundering the supplied bedsheets and towels, and cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and the bathroom, running and unloading the dishwasher, and taking out the trash when the inside bins are full. There is a housekeeper who comes to deep clean the kitchen and bathroom twice a month. You will need to pay her directly, either cash or electronically, $50 each time. You will need to buy your own laundry supplies. There is a huge supermarket about 600 yards away. If you have any questions about this, or anything else to do with long term stays, please do ask!
