About this space

The space

There's a gorgeous large living/dining area, a brand new kitchen with full sized fridge. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and underbed storage drawers. There's tons of light, cathedral ceilings in the living room, and large windows. The office area is well lit and has an adjustable office chair and a bookshelf. The spare bed is a folding extra long twin sized 5" memory foam mattress, with its own linens and duvet. There's a full sized dining table, with comfortable chairs, and an outdoor dining area on the deck as well. Comfy couch on the deck and in the courtyard for lounging. Washer/dryer on the premises. It's quiet and peaceful, and a great place to retreat from the bustle of LA, or to work from home. This is not a party pad, so no loud noises between 10pm and 8am please. During Covid, extra guests are not allowed without checking with us first. The location is central, and it's easy to get to most places in LA, of course depending on the traffic! We live on the property, and are usually available if you have questions or need help with anything, and are happy to provide recommend local place to eat and to see!

Other things to note

We try to keep the cleaning fee low, while paying the cleaners properly, so please note that the cleaning fee is based on the following - • Take out the garbage when you leave, recycling in the blue bin, everything else in the black bin. Trash bins are on the side of the house, on you way out • Wash and put away dishes, pots and pans and utensils. 1 load of washed dishes in the dishwasher is OK • Leave the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom clear Failure to do these things could result in an additional fee for the extra work involved in trash collection and removal, and washing dishes, silverware, and pots and pans
